Can I get a little round of applause for finally getting a proper post up for the first time in a while.

So about 2 months ago I made a move from one of the country right to the other. Reason being, well I was simply bored and fed up of living back home and needed a change. That's just the traveller In me. I am geographically placed just north of Liverpool. It takes me 40mins on the train to get into the city. I chose to came here cause it's where my dad and his side of the family live and I haven't been up here in about 5 years, plus it made the move kind of easy. In all the years of be coming up here as a child I've never actually been into Liverpool. However recently I've been making a few trips and I have to say that so far I really like what I see. I popped in to meet up with a friend from Australia who I hadn't seen since she left Brisbane around this time last year. That's one thing I love about travelling is when you meet back up in your home land. Nothing has really changed except well, we were in Liverpool not Brisbane. Another thing I like so far about the pool is how it's a big city but it's not huge and hectic like London. That place is just too big for me. I prefer smaller cities such as Brisbane and Toronto. They are just more friendly and there is more air to share. I was actually super surprised when a car stopped to let me cross the road in the middle of the Liverpool, I don't think that's even ever happened to me back home in Portsmouth which I hardly class as a city cause it's so tiny. Any way complete mindless ramblings, I'm really excited to get to properly get to know this city and the north west, and a new language or two, cause damn there is a few. Like a barm cake, anyone know what that is??? Nope, I didn't at first. It's a bread roll/ bap. See, completely different language.

I don't have a laptop up here with me cause mine died so I've entrusted my phone with the power of everything. Which is why all my outfit posts are just Instagram snaps and they are not very detailed. Hopefully i will be getting a Mac at the end of the months. I can't wait.

I want to try and get this blog and running a bit more with better quality posts and not just standing in the back garden with that horrible green fence that I had been using. I'm going to start coaxing people into taking some pictures for me, still on my phone as I'll have to make do for now. My dad is the main photographer at the moment, even though he kind of fails, but thanks for trying dad.

Finally a bit about the outfit. The day was one of those where it was cloudy at first but then the sun came out. I'm literally obsessed with these jeans I got in the Asos sale. They are so comfy and I love the length of them. I'm definitely going to be trying more Asos own brand style of jeans in the future. As for the T, good old fashioned white and oversized to keep things simple. Now this coat. Oh my life. I was on a charity shop mission. I wanted a black Mac/ trench coat to go along side my beige one and this was exactly what I had envisioned. It's also a really good quality brand. Good old Marks and Sparks, and good old British heart foundation. I find most of my bet charity shop finds in there. It's nice and light for the rainy England summers and will be perfect in autumn.

Right ramble over. See you guys in my next post, which will be up shortly after this one.
